Today (21 March 2020) H.E. Mr. Warawut Silpa-Archa, Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, together with Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources, visit Chet Sao Noi Waterfall National Park Saraburi Province. The Minister monitors the landscape renovation of the National Park area following the principle of Universal Design in the Chet Sao Noi Waterfall National Park, as well as providing survival bags and encouraging staffs who work in the area on this occasion.
The Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment takes a walk to visit the Universal Design, watches the demonstration of drowning rescue, and plants trees as a memorial. H.E. Mr. Warawut Silpa-Archa states that it is essential to use Universal Design for tourist areas. Chet Sao Noi Waterfall is one of the pilot areas, and please review to see what other regulations should be prepared for tourists? What should be developed in the area? Whenever visitors who come back again within 6 months or 1 year, what do they can see the differences. For the wastes, officers, please direct visitors to collect and separate wastes to make wastes to be useful for the community, and the CPR has to be prepared to be always ready. After the COVID-19 period gone, we need to prepare for visitors who will come. Our duty is to nourish tourist locations. We are the owner; we have to take care of our tourist areas. We need to make them healthy and arranged for visitors, especial for the cleanness and orderliness. We need to manage parking areas and reduce using single-use plastic bags and foam containers by using environmentally friendly products, as well as coordinate with the entrepreneurs about the guideline of environmentally friendly services in the tourist areas.
