King Bhumibol Adulyadej received Plaisak Surin under royal patronage.

Today (July 4, 2023) at 3:00 p.m. // Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (Minister of Foreign Affairs) revealed that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) received a royal grace from the Bureau of the Royal Household this afternoon that His Majesty the King was aware of His Highness Chang Plaisak Surin. The Thai government brought Chang Plaisak Surin back from Sri Lanka to treat its illness at the National Institute of Mental Health, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province on Sunday, July 2, 2023. Our King has graciously received Chang Plaisak Surin under royal patronage. The Bureau of the Royal Household informed the Director of the National Institute of Mental Health under the patronage of His Majesty the King in order to remit the maintenance costs to the Bureau of the Royal Household. His grace at this time also brings joy to all involved parties and an important encouragement to the officials of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to fulfill the royal initiatives to preserve Chang Plaisak Surin with all their might.
