On December 10, 2023, Police General Phatcharavat Wongsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, along with Thai delegations, paid a visit to Mr. Sorayut Chasombat, Thai Ambassador in Abu Dhabi, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. They discussed approaches to drive Thailand's climate change strategy and appreciated the ambassador for assisting Thai delegates with their participation in the successful 28th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Police General Phatcharavat also signed the visitor book and handed mementos to the Ambassador in Abu Dhabi on this occasion.
