Today (14th November 2019) H.E. Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment gave the honor to provide welcome speech during opening plenary for the High-Level Forum in the meeting of SEA of solution event held by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) together with the Kingdom of Sweden, during 11 – 15 November 2019 at United Nations Convention Center Bangkok as a forum to exchange the implementations to solve the problems of marine debris and plastic waste.
