Today (11 March 2020) at 15.30, H.E. Mr. Warawut Silpa-Archa, Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, together with Mr. Yutthaphon Ankinandana, Advisor to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Thanetphon Thanaboonyawat, Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, visited and listen to the summary of operating results of the Biodiversity-based Economy Development Office (Public Organization) or BEDO. The Minster, moreover, encouraged staffs of BEDO in this occasion and provided policies and operation guideline to the Exclusives of the Biodiversity-based Economy Development Office (Public Organization) summarized as the following:  

1. The Biodiversity-based Economy Development Office should create knowledge and understand to the public regarding what is biodiversity?  How is it essential to the public? What are the benefits of biodiversity at the community level to stimulate sustainable economic in the community?
2. Visiting, knowledge exchange and study trip to prosperous pilot areas to see the benefit of biodiversity; and   

The work operation should integrate of cooperation with the internal MNRE agencies and other organizations.
